Each Boston Butt will produce 8-10 lbs of smokey, tasty bliss and at a bargain price when compared to local restaurants. The best thing is, these butts are cooked by members from three Memphis competition BBQ cooking teams who will be doing all of the cooking using their championship winning recipes.

Though they've been cooking for over 10 years, their reputations from the past few years on the local and national BBQ circuits speak pretty highly for themselves, including a Memphis in May Grand Championship for BBQ shoulder.

We have two options for you BBQ enthusiasts, pulled or not-pulled for those who like to glove up and pull the meat themselves.

Caution: Internal temperatures of pork butts can be over 200 degrees. Use proper safety equipment when handling.

Depending on how it goes this year, we'll probably try it again for another holiday.
